WALKING FOOTBALL could be the answer for you!
Walking football is a great way to start moving again, to have a kick about, to make new friends and get fit whilst having some fun. An hour a week of Walking Football can really make a difference. It can help you lose weight, get fit, build strength and develop better balance and core stability. Our sessions cater for unisex over 40’s,50’s,60’s,65’s,70’s, those less mobile due to illness or injury and ladies/women only.
It really doesn’t matter how old you are, what size you are, what background you are from or whether you are male or female, if you love football this is the game for you!
